** Winners of prize drawings will be called by name and verified by matching the ticket with information in Tech-Knowledge Learning Center's records including the ticket stub. Prizes are subject to tax withholding in accordance with applicable law. If any winner cannot be located at the time of the drawing, or if any winner is deemed to be ineligible, such winner will be deemed to have forfeited his or her prize. IRS has taken the position that any amounts paid for chances in raffles, lotteries or similar drawings for valuable prizes are not gifts, and consequently do not qualify as deductible charitable contributions. Prize winner will be required to submit identifying information and is responsible for all applicable taxes. A maximum of 200 tickets will be sold. If fewer tickets are sold, the odds of winning the prize or prizes will increase.
