Bit by Byte Summer BBQ Appeal 2008

Put on your spurs and boots and come join us in an
Urban Cowboy Jamboree!!!
- Zoo Atlanta in the Evening -

What a wonderful way to support a cause and at the same time help make a difference for children and adults in need of 21st century technology skills.

The Bit by Byte Summer BBQ Appeal is the first annual fundraiser for Tech-Knowledge Learning Centers, Inc. (TKLC). TKLC is a 501(c)(3) committed to bringing the power of computer technology to under served communities bit by byte at a time. Proceeds from this event will help fund operating and equipment costs for a state-of-the-art computer learning facility in the DeKalb County area. This facility will benefit children (grades 5-12) and adults who do not have access to computers and the Internet.

Our Summer BBQ Appeal will provide the ambience of the jungle as we wine and dine in the Mzima Springs Pavilion at the Zoo of Atlanta. This year we will feature a special after-hours showing of the Gorillas. From a separate deck, guests will be able to view the Gorillas and listen to their trainer provide little-known facts about their natural habitat and environment.

Have a Little Bit of Country in Your Soul ?
